Okay re: Clean Skin Club, I have also heard great things about the towels and though not as environmentally friendly as the multi-pack muslin cloths, I installed a paper towel holder in my bathroom. I wipe down my sink with the paper towel after wiping my face so I justify the paper usage too.
And I have to say I’m with Jolie on the Clean Towels - wasteful yes, but do I have time for more laundry?? Nope. I have 4 kids and keeping them from running naked through the streets is enough for now 😂
Regarding the Clean Skin Club Towels, is there any cons to just air drying? I usually do that or bought a handheld fan off Amazon to speed up the process.

Not at all! Think it just depends on what your next step is (eg, if it’s moisturizer, you can and should just apply it while your face is damp)
