Happy birthday!!! I know you stand behind the current body red light mask, may I ask for your thoughts on the monastery deep red light mask? I have a DDG that I am trying to start using more frequently but have wondered about the difference! Thank you!!
Hi! Sorry I'm just seeing this. In short, the monastery mask has a bunch of red flags to me. The price is egregious, especially when you are only getting 1 wavelength of light vs. 3. And that wavelength ("deep red") isn't anything I've read about before, they don't offer any of their own clinicals or point to any existing research, which I also couldn't find. Doesn't mean that it doesn't work, but it's just a lot of claims without supporting evidence and for me that's a no!

I went deep in your archives this weekend and bought a ziip using your code - I never used my nuface bc the gel broke me out, was so validating to find out that happened to other people as well! Happy belated bday and thanks for the Sephora recs! I bought the SP tonor pods that go in the freezer and they are crystallized and don’t stay together to actually use! Have you had that issue?
Thank you!! And omg no! That hasn’t happened to me. I would definitely reach out to the brand and send a pic. I’ve seen crystallization happen once or twice if I’ve traveled with them and melted then refroze but they were fine structurally. Sorry that is happening to yours!
