A year of great launches, but I think the most exciting innovations happened below the neck, so this list leans heavily into body care. I also included the most repurchased of my facial staples.
ABI AMÉ Summer Skin: “Initial thoughts: holy shit lol.” = my email to the founder after first trying. By the time I applied to my chest, my legs were dry. Fastest absorbing body lotion I’ve ever used.
Celisse Nails: personally and professionally life changing. 90-second dry time polish for swift, but not sloppy, low-maintenance nails at-home. Literally I’ve called an Uber, painted my nails, then got in the car.
Cyklar In-Shower Body Oil Balm: smells divine, apply in-shower on wet skin before toweling off. Similar concept to this, which I still love (and is larger and concentrated, so lasts much longer), but the Cyklar is a more luxurious, sensory experience, more akin to applying a body oil.
Fur Flash Jelly: hypochlorous acid gel intended for soothing skin post-hair removal, but really just anytime. My knees speak for themselves.
Megababe Bar Soap Tower: brilliant storage solution, not sure how this didn’t already exist.
Prequel Skin Reactive Skin Solutions: steroid alternative that works better than steroids on my hand eczema.
Rejuran PDRN Turnover Mask: nourishing, healing and— I’m not one to make bold claims—will make your skin look like glass. Make sure to use any extra goo on your body.
Rhode Peptide Lip Shape: no need to use up space here, just read this.
Sachi Skin Future Veil Moisturizer: 5 years of development, combines advanced dermal science technologies with ancient Ayurvedic botanicals to address signs of aging and fatigue, with the clinicals to back it up.
Top Late Entry, Champion Potential: Prequel Multi-Quench Hydration Mist. “Multi-quench” pretty much sums it up. Same elite mister* as my favorite hypochlorous acid mist. Only out for a few weeks, but worth a shout. (*try it, you’ll understand)
Top Vacation Discovery: Decubal Enriching Hand Cream, a must purchase if you’re in Scandinavia (pls bring back for me)
